Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

new for 2008
The grace period for incurring dependent care claims has been extended. Beginning with plan year 2008, participants may incur dependent care claims through March 15, 2009, and be reimbursed
2008 payroll deductions. This mirrors the health care FSA. Unless otherwise requested on a claim
form, ASI will pay all claims incurred between January 1, 2009 and March 15, 2009 with any
remaining 2008 dollars first. All claims must be filed by April 15, 2009.
