SECTION 14.15  REVIEWING OR COPYING APPLICANT/EMPLOYEE RECORDS

The Department of Administrative Services – Human Resources Enterprise (DAS-HRE) charges the general public for reviewing or copying of material contained in the DAS-HRE centralized applicant/employee records system.

 

The following guidelines apply:

 

  1. Money must be received before copies are provided or reviews are allowed.
  2. Applicants are encouraged to have copies made of items before they are submitted to DAS-HRE for processing (applications, transcripts, etc.).
  3. Charges for reviewing material will be based on the time spent by the person supervising the review.
  4. Copies of confidential items will be provided only to the person whose name appears on the record or that person's authorized designee.

 

In order to avoid applicants having to pay for copies of their applications to be used in the interview process, we encourage the use of the Notice of Job Opening form (552-0046).
