The Retirement Investors' Club (RIC) 403b Plan , also known a TSA (Tax Sheltered Annuity), is a voluntary retirement savings program for employees of educational & education-related institutions. These savings programs are designed to supplement pension and social security benefits at retirement. Contributions are made pretax through payroll deductions and investment earnings are tax-deferred. |
