*Restrictions on Transfers: Each participant can make up to two transfers from the Fixed Account each calendar year not to exceed more than 20% of his or her entire Fixed Account balance. Additionally, a five-year transfer provision allows for the systematic movement of 100% of an account value out of the Fixed Account on a monthly basis over a five-year period. These transfer restrictions are applicable to transfers within the Nationwide plan and to other providers within the RIC. The Fixed Account transfer restrictions do not apply to qualifying events, such as withdrawals due to separation of service, benefit payments to beneficiaries, hardship withdrawals or rollovers outside of the RIC.
